How do I cancel my subscription? +

Log in to your account, go to Subscription Settings, and hit Pause or Cancel. You can also just email us — we'll do it in under 10 minutes, no questions asked.
Do you deliver outside India? +

Not yet. We currently operate across 12 states in India. International shipping is on the roadmap for 2026 — sign up for our newsletter to be notified first.
How do I become a Rooted partner farmer? +

Use the contact form above, select "Becoming a Partner Farmer", and tell us about your farm. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
What if I'm unhappy with my box? +

Tell us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no photos required, no hoops. We trust you.
Are your certifications independently verified? +

Yes. All our partner farms hold third-party organic certifications. You can scan any product's QR to see the specific cert, issuing body, and date of last inspection.
